What we collect

When you request a quote, place an order, or contact us, we collect what we need to prepare your estimate and make and deliver your blinds: your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and your blind configurations. If you create an account, we store your email and order history. Sign-in uses one-time email codes — we never store passwords for customer accounts.

Photos you upload & AI-assisted tools

Two optional tools let you upload a photo: the measurement check (a photo of your window) and the room preview (a photo of your room). Photos you upload are processed using AI-assisted technology: the measurement check compares the shape of the window in your photo to the dimensions you entered and flags an obvious mismatch, and the room preview generates a visualization of your configured blinds in your room. This processing is approximate. It does not measure your window, does not guarantee your dimensions, and does not replace your responsibility to confirm the measurements you submit.

Photos are sent to our AI processing provider only to produce that result and are returned to your browser; we don't keep them on our servers, publish them, or use them for marketing.

How we use it

To prepare your estimate, produce and ship your order, collect payment you've authorized, send you quote, order, and delivery updates, and answer your questions. If you signed up for launch updates, we'll email you about that — and you can unsubscribe anytime.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services required to run the business — payment processing, shipping carriers, our email provider, our website host, and the AI processing provider for the optional photo tools — and only what each needs.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your project on your device. To see how many people visit and which pages they view, we keep our own anonymous count: a first-party cookie holds a random identifier that isn't linked to your name, email, account, or orders, and we don't record your IP address. We also use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics from our website host. We don't run third-party ad trackers or cross-site tracking.
