If you create an account, we store your email and order history. Sign-in uses one-time email codes — we never store passwords for customer accounts.

Photos you upload

Our measurement check and room preview features let you upload photos of your window or room. Photos are used only to generate your verification or preview and are not published or used for marketing without your permission.

How we use it

To produce and ship your order, collect payment you've authorized, send you order and delivery updates, and answer your questions. If you signed up for launch updates, we'll email you about that — and you can unsubscribe anytime.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services required to run the store — payment processing, shipping carriers, our email provider, and our website host — and only what each needs.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart on your device, plus privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand how the site is used. We don't run third-party ad trackers.
