Register Your Blinds

Register when your blinds are installed to activate warranty coverage. It takes about a minute — all you need is your order number and the email you ordered with.

It's at the top of your order confirmation email.

One registration records the installation for all blinds on your order. Extended coverage applies to each blind it was purchased for.

What registration activates

  • 1-year warranty — included with every blind

    Covers the motor, remote, and solar panel against failure under normal use for one year.

  • 5-year extended motor warranty — if purchased

    Free motor replacement for 5 years from delivery (shipping & handling additional). Sold per blind ($70 each) during configuration — it covers only the blinds it was purchased for.
