Register Your Blinds

Register when your blinds are installed to activate motor warranty coverage. It takes about a minute — all you need is your order number and the email you ordered with.

What registration activates

1-year motor warranty — included with every blind
Covers the motor only against failure under normal use for one year from delivery: the remedy is a replacement motor. Remote, solar panel, fabric, hardware, installation, measurements, and labor are not covered; shipping & handling are additional.
5-year extended motor warranty — if purchased
A replacement motor for 5 years from delivery (labor not covered; shipping & handling additional). Applies if you purchased the optional 5-year extended motor warranty on your estimate — it covers the motor only, and only on the blinds it was purchased for.
