Made-to-order products

Every blind is manufactured to the measurements and options you provide and approve. You are responsible for the accuracy of your measurements; our guides and the required approval step exist to help you get them right. Once an order you approved enters production, it can't be changed or cancelled.

Orders, approval & payment

Placing an order saves your specifications; it becomes final when you approve the order details and we collect payment. Prices shown at the time of your approved order are the prices you pay. We may cancel and fully refund an order we can't manufacture — for example, a size outside our production range.

Delivery & warranty

Production and shipping timelines are estimates, not promises — we'll keep you informed. Blinds that arrive damaged, defective, or different from the approved specifications will be repaired or remade at no cost. Every blind carries a one-year warranty on the motor, remote, and solar panel; an optional 5-year extended motor warranty is available per blind. Warranty coverage requires registering the blind at the time of installation.

Safe installation

Install blinds per the included instructions using appropriate hardware for your wall or ceiling material. Keep any cords and small parts away from children and pets.

The usual legal points

The site and its content belong to Buy Roller Blinds and may not be copied for commercial use. The site is provided as-is; to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state from which we operate.
